Hi, I'm Aleksandra (Aleks) Magnitskaia.
I’m an adult educator, facilitator, and curriculum designer with 15+ years of experience across higher education, corporate training, and adult language learning.
Corporate experience
Selected customized English-language and professional communication programs designed for corporate and public-sector clients across finance, oil & gas, manufacturing, technology, retail, and government.

My approach to learning starts with understanding people—their goals, needs, challenges, and context. From there, I design practical, relevant learning experiences that build skills, confidence, and independence.
I believe effective learning is inclusive, adaptable, and connected to real life. Whether I’m teaching, facilitating, or designing a program, the goal is the same: help people apply what they learn and move forward.
