Glass Prescription Term Guide

​This microlearning module was designed to help newly hired optical sales representatives confidently navigate glasses prescriptions. It includes a guide to key prescription terms, followed by an interactive memory game to reinforce terminology.

This standalone learning piece is part of a larger course focused on aligning product knowledge with selling strategies in an optometric retail setting. It demonstrates how assessments can be transformed into engaging interactions using Storyline—in this case, presenting a quiz as a memory game to support better recall of technical terms.
